General Conditions of Sale

All Stock subject to prior sale.       This Catalogue cancels all previous Catalogues of this Genera

Please advise if substitutes of equal value and quality are acceptable.

The descriptions are given to the best of our ability, taking into consideration the parents and the previous hybrids.  

All orchids in pots over 160mm are sent BARE ROOT  unless otherwise requested.

We reserve the right to withdraw any offering from sale or limit quantities.

In any case our liability shall be limited to the purchase price and we make no warranty expressed or implied as to the productiveness of any plant offered or sold by us or our agents.

Payment must accompany all orders unless credit has been established.

All prices quoted are in Australian  Dollars and include Australian GST.   Visa & Mastercard Accepted.

Flask  Availability:

A 20% deposit is required on Commercial Preorder Flask orders, all other terms & conditions apply.

  Flasks are replated to order, however we sometimes have  flasks excess to our requirements available for immediate delivery.  All crosses listed are available, some may take several months before being ready for shipment.   We endeavour not to hold flasks in the Laboratory past their optimum  time  for deflasking, plants must be deflasked when ready, so if all the flasks ordered are not ready at the one time, those ready will be deflasked and sent as compots.

Commercial flasks contain up to 35 plants

Shipping

Shipment Within Australia: There is no minimum $order value for within Australia.

Western Australia We can now ship up to 20 plants to WA, flasks are ok. Freight to WA at cost.

Northern Territory Clients please note minimum D P I  certification is $80.00.

Tasmanian shipments require certification but at this stage no extra cost is involved.

All plants & flasks will be forwarded (unless otherwise instructed)  by our choice of either Post, Courier Express @ $15.00  EXTRA.   (Per each 3 Kgs.) Please check this with us.

As we have no control over consignments once they leave our Nursery, our liability is limited to the packing of plants. No guarantee is available on flasks.   All claims for damaged plants must be lodged with us within 10 days.

Orders received by Friday of each week will normally be sent on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Shipment Overseas:  Please supply your address, delivery instructions and a contact  phone number if possible and your Import Permit and if Plants of any Genera your CITES Import Approval.

MINIMUM  Order to all Foreign Countries is $500.00  

CITES A$30.00 at present, Phyto Certificate minimum of A$180.00 (depends on time taken by inspectors and the weight of goods.)

All prices quoted are F.O.B. Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and are in Australian Dollars. A Packing and Handling charge of 10% of your order applies for Export orders, however, we will add bonus plants, of our choice, to the value of 10% of the plant value of your order.

We recommend EMS International Courier Service or Air Parcel Post for all Smaller  Plant Orders. If Air Freight for Larger Orders is required

 We ship through a Customs Agent and any charges will be the Clients responsibility.

Discounts:   Orders valued from A$250 to A$500 less 5%, A$501 to A$1000 less 10%, Over A$1000 less 15%

Note : Discounts do not apply to any Specials, Special Deals, Divisions of Stud plants, Offers , Free Plant Offers, plants purchased on Client’s behalf.

Orders valued over A$250  are forwarded  Freight  Free  within  Australia.

We accept  VISA and MASTERCARD and Direct transfer.
